How big is the calendar?

The calendar is 11" x 16.5".

How long until I receive my calendar?

Orders are printed and processed as they are received and take around 7-10 days with standard shipping. Express shipping takes an estimated 3-4 business days for delivery. (Note: We ordered two test calendars, and they both took 10-12 days for delivery. Also, the tracking notifications weren't very informative or reliable.)

Where do you ship calendars?

Calendars can currently be shipped anywhere in the US or Canada. If you're interested in shipping elsewhere, please reach out to us!

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Since calendars are print-on-demand and all proceeds are donated, we do not offer refunds or returns.

What if my calendar is damaged on delivery?

Please contact us ASAP (and no later than 14 days after receipt) so that we can report the issue to the printer for replacement. Please include the following information:

  • A description of the problem,
  • Details about how the order was packaged, and
  • Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

The hardware is a little wonky. Is there another option?

No, we checked. We weren't crazy about it either, but it was the only option available. We're opting to hang ours using the hole and a sturdy magnet.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Please contact us ASAP (and no later than 14 days from the estimated delivery date) so that we can report the issue to the printer for replacement. Reach out to us by email using the contact information below. Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following:

  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete,
  • You've contacted your local post office or the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order,
  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier,
  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date (however, lost order claims must be submitted to the printer within 30 days of this date), and
  • There are no recent updates from the shipping carrier in the tracking link.

Please note that we may need to confirm the lost order status with the shipping provider.

What if my order shows delivered, but I didn't receive it?

If the tracking information shows the order as delivered, but you haven't received it, it's likely the package was left at the door or received by someone else at the address. We recommend checking for any delivery notes or contact the shipping provider for more information. As we cannot verify non-delivery in cases where the tracking indicates delivery, we're unable to offer a refund or replacement.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

No refunds are issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection. If the return is for a reason other than an incorrect address or recipient rejection, contact us using the email address below. We'll investigate with the printer and determine if they're able to refund the product price for the new order (note that, in this case, you'll need to pay for shipping again).

Will you be doing another calendar contest in 2025?
